CYNICISM THE LEADER’S PITFALL

What disqualifies leaders?

SCRIPTURE : PROVERBS 6:1-35

REFLECTION :
WOW! today concludes our teaching on the leaders pitfalls. Cynicism is an inclination to believe that people are motivated purely by self interest; Skepticism. Showing content for accepted standards of honesty or morality by one’s action, especially by actions that exploit the scruples of others. Well, this area I believe, is least likely about me as I do not regularly experience it in my years of leadership, though occasionally. I could say, I have the character of a cynic occasionally as a result of friends and loved ones that may have disappointed me in one way or the other in the past. Therefore, I become skeptical in handling my relationships with others.

Finally, developing a healthy awareness of the pitfalls that can bring failure and disgrace to leaders is the first step to avoiding them. As a result, we should plan to address these pitfalls by avoiding them, and the only way out is through prayers, steadfastness, and focus.

Above all, living the fruit of the Holy Spirit daily should be a priority as Christian leaders that was clearly described in Galatians 5:22.

However, and in conclusion, I would like to appreciate all my readers and your support in comments, advice, and several other ways you have contributed to helping me continue sharing daily digest.

PRAYER :
MAY OUR GOOD LORD HELP US TO ALWAYS OVERCOME PITFALLS IN OUR LIVES AND JOURNEY AS BELIEVERS IN JESUS NAME, AMEN.

Please share 🙏🏼

God bless you all….🙌
