Penalty for Disobedience and Obedience

Penalty for Disobedience and Obedience

Scripture: Romans 5:19

“For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.”

Hello, friends. Since the majority of us are probably already familiar with the terms “Disobedient and Obedient,” I’d like to talk more about them and probably emphasise the consequences.

Many people claim that it is challenging to obey God. But disobeying God is more difficult. Curses and annoyance will come upon anyone who disobeys the Lord. Keep in mind the tale of Adam. God placed him in a garden and instructed him to eat the fruit of all but one tree. And look where we are today because Adam disobeyed God! Adam was cursed, and along with him, the entire human race was also cursed.

All men must now endure the curse of a life spent working hard to support themselves. No human I am aware of, including the wealthy, is exempt from this curse. Now, despite putting in many hours of labour, the poor man receives little in return. Nevertheless, he needs to put in more effort if he wants to survive. The wealthy man puts in twelve hours a day, seven days a week, to keep his wealth. Although in a different way, he perspires just as much as the poor man. We are all enduring this curse together.

From where did all these things originate? Because of Adam’s disobedience, they exist! He disobeyed God, which made his life difficult. But Jesus Christ, who followed God and brought about numerous blessings, is like a second Adam.

Oh…join me tomorrow as we continue the act of obedience…….

Dear Lord! Of a truth, it could be difficult to always obey you even when we know it is more difficult to disobey you as it’s penalty results to death at the end. Help us to remain in obedience rather in disobedience, Amen…
