The Results of Obedience

The Results of Obedience

Scripture: Romans 5:19

“For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.”

The brief discussion we’ll have today builds on our devotional from yesterday. Therefore, I’ll advise you to read yesterday’s post in order to fully comprehend the consequences of disobedience.

Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, however, says that Jesus was submissive to His Father. One simple act of obedience has helped the human race so much. In Jesus Christ, a lost and dying world now has life. Jesus has been highly exalted by God and given a name that is above all names. Compliance leads to exaltation. Start obeying the Lord if you want to advance in your life. Promotion results from following God’s Word.

In addition, there are numerous ways we can obey God. And all of those depend on your individual choice. The choice of a spouse is an excellent illustration of a significant decision. Your life might be reasonably peaceful if you obey God in marriage. Unhappiness will follow you like a never-ending stream if you marry the wrong person. When it comes to marriage, a lot of people choose not to follow God’s commands. They pay attention to friends’ and the public’s opinions. Your marriage is one factor that will have a greater impact on your happiness than anything else. You will always have to live with the fact that you are married. You’ll run into your spouse when you get home. Every action you take when you are out will be influenced by the fact that you are married. The Lord will bless you and establish you if you simply obey Him.

Remember that there are many examples to consider. One of the countless things you might want to think about is obeying the Lord in your marriage decision. As we continue to follow the Lord, may God bless us with better outcomes that might encourage others to do the same.

Dear Lord! We just want to keep always obeying you. Let our marriages, careers, jobs, businesses, etc, be the sign that we have obeyed you. Please, help us to be steadfast……🙏🙏🙏
